Before you can use MobilePASS+ for Windows 10 to generate passcodes, you must enroll a token on your computer or device.

You can enroll your MobilePASS+ token using one of the following methods:

• Automatic Enrollment – Automatically copy and paste the activation code into the Auto Enrollment window by clicking Enroll your MobilePASS+ token on the notification email.

• Copy and Paste Activation String into the Automatic Enrollment Window – If you have difficulties with automatic copy and paste, copy the activation string into the Auto Enrollment window.

QR Code Enrollment is not supported in this release.

Automatic enrollment

After your system administrator assigns you a token, you will receive a notification email.

1. Click the https:// link in the email.

   

   The SafeNet Authentication Service Private Cloud Edition Self-Enrollment webpage opens.

2. Click Enroll your MobilePASS+ token.

   

   If MobilePASS+ is not installed, you are now prompted to download and install it from Windows Store.

   The MobilePASS+ application opens.

3. Select Start.

   

4. If your token is PIN protected, you are prompted to enter a PIN.

   

5. If your organization supports biometric PINs and you are using a Windows Hello compatible device, the Windows Hello window displays. Click Use Windows Hello to use Windows Hello, rather than a token PIN, to confirm your identity.

   

   The Activation Successful screen opens.

   

   The new MobilePASS+ token displays on the MobilePASS+ app.

   

Enroll by copying and pasting the activation string

1. Copy the activation string from the webpage.

   

2. Open the MobilePASS+ app.

3. In the main window, click Use an activation string instead or click .

   

   The Use Activation String window displays.

4. Paste the activation string from step 1 into the field provided and click Activate.

   

5. If your token is PIN protected, you are prompted to enter a PIN.

   

6. If your organization supports biometric PINs and you are using a Windows Hello compatible device, the Windows Hello window displays. Click Use Windows Hello to use Windows Hello, rather than a token PIN, to confirm your identity.

   

   The Activation Successful screen opens.

   

   The new MobilePASS+ token displays on the MobilePASS+ app.

   

Enroll a new token

1. Open the MobilePASS+ app.

   

2. Click the Add icon + .

3. Enroll a new token by copying and pasting the activation string.

   Your MobilePASS+ application can contain several tokens.

Search Authenticator

MobilePASS+ allows users to search their authenticator under Authenticators. You can search authenticator by its display name or serial number.

The search option is only available if you have more than five authenticators enrolled.

To search an authenticator:

1. Open the MobilePASS+ app.
   
   The search bar will only appear if you have enrolled more than five authenticators.
2. Type the authenticator's Display Name or Serial Number in the search bar, and the results will display accordingly. You can also press Enter or click on the Search icon to display the results.
